Trying to Export to Power point 'Portfolio Plan status' Report from Portfolio Planning Workspace but getting error as 'Failed to generate PowerPoint. Contact your system admin.' Please provide solution.

I got this solution after opening a ticket with ServiceNow. Currently we are on Vancouver patch 9.

Unfortunately, the new PowerPoint Roadmap Export option is compatible with only Strategic Planning plugin version 4.2.0 which was released in August and is available to update starting from Washington DC Patch 4 version instances . Your instance are on Vancouver version and hence you cannot update the Strategic Planning to V 4.2.0 to utilize the functionality.

To utilize the Roadmap export functionality your instance must be on any version starting from Washington DC Patch 4 or Xanadu releases.

Hi Mani, maybe check the following
* have you uploaded a template to sn_ppt_export_template ?

* are the elements on the template all correct (using the ServiceNow plugin for Powerpoint), one element wrong and it fails completely
