Gantt Chart in Project Status Reports

Hello,

I've been asked to look into placing a Gantt chart into the project status reports to display all key milestones for that particular project.

I understand how to edit the project status report, similar to editing any regular portal page, however there doesn't appear to be an effective way of achieving this requirement without writing out a custom widget.

The style of the Gantt chart available within the investment portal is very close to what's needed, however I can't seem to find it's definition so that I might replicate it on the project status reports.

I've found some widgets out there (such as 'Gantt and Status Report') which display Gantt charts and can be dropped on the status report page, however they display every task under the project and have no filtering capabilities. 

Has anyone got any experience generating Gantt charts in status reports? How did you do it?

I would recommend to look at Investment Portal that provide one stop place to track all the Projects or Demands.

It includes status report attributes for Projects and it has Timeline ( Gantt ) to display all the milestones as per your requirements.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately this doesn't meet the client's requirements. The requirement is to have that same information (but for that project only, and only key milestones) available from within the project status report.
