How can we enable Email Composer in EAP?

I want to enable Email Composer (Docs - Communicating via email in Workspace) in EAP so that my teams can keep email communications related to Features and Stories in those records. The article I linked to shows the feature, but it doesn't explain how to enable this in an existing workspace. Does anyone know how I can do this?
