Hello Experts,
I am trying to hide a fiscal year in my Service Now instance. For example, I am trying to close out the FY17: M01 fiscal period. Even after marking the 'Open' field as FALSE, I see the fiscal period show up in the lookup field.
What happens if I deactivate a fiscal period? - I see an error message like this - Click Deactivate to confirm that you want to remove all support schedules after 2018-06-27 (the current date)
I would appreciate help from you guys about how to resolve this issue.

@Srujith Don't do any changes in fiscal_period table record as that record might be used by some other application. From where do you want to remove it?

Hi @Srujith ,
Unfortunately there is no OOB functionality has been assigned for `Open` flag on Fiscal Period record. One can have required reference qualifier to exclude fiscal period to be displayed in lookup field when Open field marked as false.
It would be useful if you share your use case that we will share with concern product management to review.
