How Servicenow determine the process users in our environment?

Is there any report we can use.

In Fuji, it says the user needs approver_user role to see My Approvals.Capture.PNG


That is not the case in our instance, our self-service users will see self-service application and my approvals along with other links (OOTB and/or added by us) like My open requests, Incidents opened by me etc...



You might try giving the role called "user" to a self-service user and see if that fix the issue, in our case by default, all users are assigned to "user" role that is NOT counted as a licensed role.


I see that in our   Fuji, but our self-Service users who do not have approver_user role are still able to see My Approvals.


I impersonated an end user in my dev instance and did not see it.


Please grant "user" role to the user and see if he/she see them.
