Hi,
In the Yokohama release of Test Management 2.0, I noticed that during test case creation there’s no default field to assign a priority.
Is there a standard priority field available?
I checked via Configure > Form Builder, but didn’t find any field for “priority”.
What’s the recommended way to assign or track priority on tests?
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Try defining a Priority Lookup Rule: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/washingtondc-it-service-management/page/product/incident-mana...

Hi @BiancaK,
thank you for your reply.
I had already seen the documentation on Priority Lookup Rules, but it doesn't clarify how to apply or use priorities specifically within Test Management 2.0 test cases.
My question is more about the practical implementation:
Is there a recommended way to display or assign a priority field directly in the test case form?
Do I need to add a custom field manually via Form Builder?
Is there any OOTB mechanism that links priority rules to tests, or is this something that requires a custom implementation?
Any further clarification or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
