How to attach incident to a Story

Hi,

 

Once story is completed and deployed to production. for some reason if we get any issues or the story which got deployed to production is not working as expected.

How do i relate an incident and attach to the story.

 

Can anyone please suggest the right to deal with this ?/

Yes you can attach multiple defects to a story.

Hi,

You can always use the parent field to relate the 2.

Parent is a field from task table which will be available on all tables extended. So you can relate them using this existing relationship.

Navigate to stories form, right click on the header and configure -> related list

Pull the one shown below on the form and save

Hi Shaik,

 

You can create a defect for your issue and attach to the story. 

Every defect has a field to attach a story.
