How to calculate normalize value of an Assessment Metric?

Scenario:
Scale Factor : 10
Assessment Category: below are the metric details of Assessment category "Strategic Alignment"
Input from demand and Results:
Input Value of Priority: None
Formula to calculate normalize value:
Normalized value = (Input Value - Min value defined in metric) / (Max value defined in metric - Min value defined in metric) * current metric weight / (sum of valid metric weight) * scale_factor
Please help me with the calculation of normalize value of metric "Process innovation" highlighted in the snapshot.

Also please help me to calculate the rating of this category " Strategic Alignment".
Can I calculate Rating without using Normalize Value?

I have already went through these links, somehow i am not able to calculate normalize value and rating accurately.
I tried using the approach given in wiki, first I calculated the normalize value and then using these to calculate the category rating.
Strategic Alignment inputs
Corporate initiative: None
Process innovation: 5
Operation Excellence:9
Competitive Advantage: None
Priority( Script based): None
Metric Weight
Corporate initiative: 10
Process innovation: 20
Operation Excellence: 20
Competitive Advantage: 20
Priority( Script based): 20
Normalized value = (Input Value - Min value defined in metric) / (Max value defined in metric - Min value defined in metric) * current metric weight / (sum of valid metric weight) * scale_factor
Normalize Value of Process innovation
=(5-0)/(10-0)*20/(20+20)*10
= 2.5
However, as given in the above screenshot, Normalized value = 1.94
Please also clarify, which are the valid metric weights?
