How to set a Demand record to Closed or Completed?

Hello - I am looking to close a Demand record as successfully being completed as the activity was taken offline (out of ServiceNow) and implemented in our system.  I was able to progress the Demand record to In-Flight, but now I do not see any options for moving it to Completed.  Appreciate help in figuring this out!  Thanks.

Looking at your screenshot it seems that you have customised the Demand workflow. In my personal instance, I see a "Close" demand button which will move the demand to complete phase.

In my organisation, we have created a script to move demand to "Completed" automatically when the Project moves to "Closed Complete". This way we don't need to remember to close the demand once the project is closed.

Demand managers can set a demand to Completed when work on the demand is complete.

You can cancel the future resource plans and complete the allocated resource plans for a Completed or Deferred demand.
