any idea how we can track requirements in servicenow for a new project?
We need to track requirements for application which need to be created on servicenow only with forms, SLa, notifications, workflows etc.
Any pointer will be helpful

Hi
As you can see from the answer, ServiceNow provides various options for requirement gatherings, it is a question of which modules!
- in SDLC/Agile -> Enhancement Request ( you could also use story with story task, but I see more a story as the solution to the enhancement)
- PPS -> Demand -> Requirement
- PPS -> Project -> Requirement
For definition of the requirement / document, you could also use managed documents, with build in version control.
What ever you choose as appropriate, you need to setup/configure your requirement gathering workflow, SLAs and notifications
