Investment Portal - Sharing Options

Hello,

I would like to share Investment portals with groups. However, they are not displayed in the sharing option because they do not have it_project_user role stored.

Where is this setting stored?
Is it possible to change this to it_demand_user?

Trying to understand the ask here. Do you mean the user who is trying to share the investment portal does not have it_project_user?

or is it the users (in the group) with whom it is supposed to be share do not have it_project_user role?

Thanks for your answer.

When I want to share the investment portal, there are only groups available with role it_project_user. I can't share it to groups with no role or other roles.

My groups do not have this role. They only have the role it_demand_user.

Please do the below:-

Search for investment portal in navigation:-

Please mark answer correct/helpful based on Impact.

Hover over Investment Portal you will see a pencil icon

Then when clicked on it will open the ,module there you can add the it_demand_user role:-
