This is a 2 parter:
1) I saw a client ask about this. Are there any existing migration scripts/tools for migrating JIRA to ServiceNow?
2) That being said, I have more of a personal question. What are your opinions on JIRA vs ServiceNow? I now have some experience with both and am curious what others think. Pros and Cons, etc.

Hi, yes, a bi-directional sync as well as migration is possible using OIM. To read more about the sync, please access this link: https://www.opshub.com/jira-integration/jira-servicenow-integration/ or ask for a demo: https://www.opshub.com/request-a-demo/.

1) Yes, there are migration tools for JIRA to ServiceNow, including third-party solutions like Skyvia, which offer data integration and migration services.
2) JIRA excels in agile project management, while ServiceNow is strong in ITSM processes. Both have distinct advantages depending on use case needs.
