For one project are vendor was using JIRA for agile development. We found that we have Agile Development so we have installed it and started using it for other development. Now they want to move everything in JIRA over to ServiceNow so they can get rid of the JRIA license. I know there is a spoke for this but it looks like it is related to JIRA issues into Incidents. Is there any good way to move data from JIRA into the ServiceNow Agile module?

I'm note sure this is worth any possible licensing cost for a onetime sync into ServiceNow.

hi Brian,
what do you mean with license cost? The integration should be available with SPM standard?
Thanks, Manuel

Under the licensing it also mentions integration hub and some other things I'm not sure what they are.
