For one project are vendor was using JIRA for agile development. We found that we have Agile Development so we have installed it and started using it for other development. Now they want to move everything in JIRA over to ServiceNow so they can get rid of the JRIA license. I know there is a spoke for this but it looks like it is related to JIRA issues into Incidents. Is there any good way to move data from JIRA into the ServiceNow Agile module?

Thanks for posting your query in the community.
Yes, this is very much possible and the two videos that I am sharing, will help in achieving this objective.

Got it. I'm not sure about your licensing status - but usually Integration Hub is included in the SPM standard license. And by this you should be able to use the integration right away without one-time or ongoing cost. Either your platform owner internally or your ServiceNow AM should be able to answer you the question, if you have IH included in your subscription already.
Hope that helps!

Has anybody used this? I'm following the video and it show clicking on connection and credentials UI Action. It then shows to create an API Key in Jira. When I do that and add it to the api key it fails saying password value is to long.

Found the answer it appears that you have to actually increase the size of the password field.

I tested it out and they are still debating if they want to use it. Its brining over closed items but giving the date it was imported as the closed date.
