I am using the Cell Formatter to set red/yellow/green statuses in my PowerPoint exports for status reports. It's working very well, I can replace with an ellipse like in the example, and also set the color to align with my brand's standards! Here is the link to the documentation: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-it-business-management/page/product/export-to-ppt/reference...
However, it was recently pointed out to me that for accessibility reasons, it is important to include more cues than just color in case we have a color blind end user. I can likely review the listing of shapes available and create a key; however, it would likely be better to be able to add in a letter (or perhaps any arbitrary text) as well so that we could include "R"/"Y"/"G" in the circles that are used. Is it possible to add this feature as an option?
Related, I don't see any options for the size of the shape, so depending on how we design the slides we generate, the default size doesn't always look the best.
