Update Operational Resource Plans on PTO when there are new members joining a group

We created operational resource plans of PTO (planned time off) for resource groups at the beginning of the year. 

 

The Resource Allocations for all team members of the resource groups at that time were generated when the operational resource plans were created at the beginning of the year.

 

The use case I have is - there are new members joining resource group during the year after the PTO operational resource plan for the group was created and allocated. The new members do not show up in Resource Allocation of the PTO operational resource plan for the group. The capacity of these new members are not reduced by the PTO amount entered in the PTO operational resource plan.

 

How can we update the Resource Allocations with new staff members who join the group during the year so their capacity can be reduced by the % capacity allocated for PTO as specified in the PTO operational resource plan for the group? Is there an update link available?
