I figured out that unless the bottom entity of the lens hierarchy has a value, it will not be visible in the portfolio plan in SPW. So for example with the Organization Lens, it has three levels, Company>Business Unit>Department, each planning item has to have a Department assigned to it, otherwise it will not be available. Even if the other levels of the hierarchy (Company and Business Unit) have values.

Hi,
Did you get the answer to your question, I am also facing the same issue
few of the newly created and old demands were not visible on the Strategic planning workspace.
Do you know the criteria?
Thanks

Could you please tell me how the planning item("sn_align_core_demand") gets approved and generate actual demand ("dmn_deman")?
When the execution URL field will be mapped into the planning item table?

In order for a new demand on the "sn_align_core_demand" table to be mapped to the "dmn_demand" and "sn_align_core_planning_item" table, you have to go to All>Strategic Planning>Integrations, open ServiceNow Internal, and click "Generate Default Mappings Configurations". This should create an integration between the two demand tables, and it will also add the demand to the planning item table.
