I figured out that unless the bottom entity of the lens hierarchy has a value, it will not be visible in the portfolio plan in SPW. So for example with the Organization Lens, it has three levels, Company>Business Unit>Department, each planning item has to have a Department assigned to it, otherwise it will not be available. Even if the other levels of the hierarchy (Company and Business Unit) have values.

I can't really tell from your screenshot, but if you go to the Prioritization tab, and if you have additional planning items listed there, the Planning State needs to be "Prioritized" for a planning item to show up on the roadmap. In addition, if there aren't any other planning items listed, then they must have a value for the bottom level entity (like Department in the Organization lens) for them to show up in the Prioritization tab.

Hi,
Thank you for the responses you provided so far, I am new to this Strategic Planning Workspace module,
Do we have any recommended documents or useful youtube videos or Now learning course to enhance my skill in the SPW area?
Thanks in advance for your helping, have a nice day.

I used the docs on the SN website:
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-it-business-management/page/product/alignment-planner-worksp...
And this YouTube video is very informative:

Hi,
Good day!!!
How can we track the EPIC Percent complete on the Service planning workspace?
Do we have any option to track the EPIC / Projects percentage directly from the SPW?
Please find the screenshot for your understanding
Thanks
