We have a requirement to report budget on site level as the site GMs are the budget owners for their respective sites.
For IT this is 1 project as the infrastructure is shared. However if this is tracked as a single project, we are not able to report on site budget.
The alternative is to create a project per site (sub projects won't work as you can't assign a budget to a sub project) however that means doubling up on RIDAC and status reports, splitting resource/cost plans/expense lines, etc. In short; more project admin.
Have I missed something? Any suggestions welcome thanks

Hi @Vinay3 Is there a feature request tracking this enhancement "enhancing the functionality to allocate budget to projects". And will this feature include the ability to track allocate and track funding to sub-projects?
