Visual Task Board - Private Task Board

Hey community,

Can you please help me a little bit?

I have an Private Task Board (from an inbound action via an outlook mail) and I need to be restricted based on roles. Some of them only to add comments, and the other one to edit tasks but not to create any lanes, or tasks.

Also I need to have an lane "Achieved" - how to I make this? a Schedule Job?

It's a big requirement !!

The only workaround currently available is to have a business rule on the vtb table to prevent users from creating a board.

Also, as the visual task board application is locked it will not display any business rule notification until after you move away from vtb.

Again, not very graceful.
