Project manager unable to create baseline

Hi,

 

As an admin I'm able to able to create baseline as the New button is visible in the baseline form but when I impersonate as project manager the button is not visible. I've checked ACL, project manager has the create and write access. Could someone advise how to enable the New button for project manager?

Hi Patricia - sorry for my previous input.

 

I have accessed my PDI again and impersonated a PM and the New button was not available. I might have selected the wrong related list before or perhaps the impersonation bit timed out, but I can confirm now that I have tried in 2 PDIs on 2 different families (Vancouver and Xanadu) and when opening the Baseline list of records from Project in a separate tab, as a PM the NEW button is not available.
