Put Project On Hold

Seems like a simple question but cant find answers for it.

How can we put a project on hold using SN PPS? Project state does not have on-hold status. Appreciate everyone's help.

hello Wai,

i dont think "On hold" status is available out of the box.

Hi Wais,

What we have done to achieve this is by adding a custom drop-down field named sub-state and adding a value as On-hold. We did not want to customise the OOTB state fields.

For cancelling a project we are using the OOTB state - Project Incomplete

Also, we have created a report for quality purposes which checks completed projects in an on-hold state.
