How can I create OOB Related Link Tabs for Defects, Enhancements & Change Requests and link them to SAFe Stories.

Hello,

You may need to follow 3 steps to achieve this. I have not seen Safe table schema map yet, but hopefully Change is not linked to Safe story at the least. Nevertheless this mapping may give an idea to start with.

1. To create Many to Many relationship m2m tables for each of 3 tables namely with 2 Reference fields in each - m2m_safestory_defect (safe_story and defect), m2m_safestory_enhancement, m2m_safestory_change_request. 

2. Configure > Related Lists on all 3 Table forms, as you can see the m2m table names available. I added a screenshot of an example below.

3. Create some records in all 3 m2m tables which links between say Safe Story "SSTR001 - DFCT004" etc.
