Risk State not Showing on RIDAC

On the RIDAC view on the new project workspace, the Risk State does not show, but the Risk Status does.  Why wouldn't the Risk state show on this view as it does for others?

Hi Linda - to answer your question Risk is a standalone table which means it doesn't share fields with any other tables whilst the rest of RIDAC are either extension of Task or Planned task which is why State is a field shared amongst them.

If you want to display the STATE equivalent from Risk table as well on the RIDAC page you need to amend the List Layout or just personalise the list of risk records in order to bring this particular field.

@PaulaaO - I can't figure out how to amend the list layout for RIDAC in the project workspace. The issue I'm having is that since each of the RIDAC items have their own table (e.g. risk, issues, etc.) and the combined view with all of the RIDAC items isn't a single table. Where would I be able to add a column like you did in the screenshot?

Hi @Community Alums you need to go to risk.list and amend the list layout from there. Once you do the changes, reset the List Config from New PW and the new column should appear. Same steps will need to be taken if you want to make amendments on any other of the RIDAC table, to be reflected on the RIDAC page. Hope this helps 🙂

i went to the risk.list table but the state field is already there , but still does not show on the project workspace , can you provide guidance on how to configure the list view to show that state field but also how to reset the project workspace list config ,
