Service Builder Customization

Hello Folks,

I need some help around service builder UI interface customization. Our client wants to add an attribute which currently is not available on service builder UI while creating a new service (Technical / Business). I am unable to find any way to add the attributes and also, need to check if we can set these attributes mandatory. Kindly share your thoughts !!

Check out this page.  I know it mentions catalog builder, but the Service Builder engine shares similarities.  Note, you need to be on Tokyo for this to work (I do not believe it is an option in San Diego)

High-Level activities

  • You would create a correlating variable on the record producer to the field in question
  • You build out a question via the Wizard that then maps to the question
