Investment Funding - My Fund - New Investments - nothing in dropdown

I can't seem to select anything when I am in Investment Funding > My Fund > New Investments.  Is there a step I am missing?  Completed the scenario planning and confirmed for the FY into next year with active projects and demands.  Have my top-level investments created investment entities as well.  Made sure all the investment admin steps were completed.  I appreciate any help anyone has.  Thx.

Having second look at your shared screen shot, I found that you are creating New Fund. Only owner of respective entity is expected to create new Fund for the entity. For example Business Unit Head person only create/access New Fund for respective owning Business Unit.

Hi,

The second drop down is expected to display list of records from previously selected Funding Entity, in your case probably Business Units.

Please review your Funding Entity Definition , particularly condition.  Here is the documentation link for your reference Create an investment entity (servicenow.com)

Thank you for your response but I have no conditions and should have all 10 BU's show up, right?   This is my setup.

Thanks for details. Can you please whether you have read/create access on Business Unit records ? Did you login as Admin or any other role ?

Yes, I have read/create access on BU's.  I'm always logged in as Sys Admin.
