I want to place ServiceNow Gateway in order to communicate to other ITSM Tools solutions under a private network, I want to know it is possible to doing this way, because the other ITSM Tools has no direct access to the public network.
Or it can be do it by another better way...?
Thanks,
David

Yes, I think what you are referring to is a MID Server..
Essentially how the mid server works is you install the service on a server inside your private network. This mid server polls your servicenow instance and looks at an ECC queue for an messages/instructions etc then triggers those actions from within your network.
