I recently requested the "ITSM Roles" plugin to be activated on your personal development instance: dev261336. Unfortunately the plugin was not activated. What is my next steps?

Hello, Luke. How are you?

 

For some unknown reason, when using the new interface to install ServiceNow plugins, the installation also gets stuck on my instance. Switch back to the classic version and try again. Let me know if it works.
