Start and end time in Service Availability table

Hi
The Star and End time in service availabity table seem to be based on default time zone, i.e. When user profile time zone is set to Hong Kong, the start and end time would still show 12:00 instead of 00:00. Is there a way that the time zone of start and end time can be based on the time zone set up in user profile?
