Hi Bhushan,

PPM is one module which includes idea, demand, project, portfolio, programm and resource plan objects.

We have PPS with financials module which includes logic to pull financial information( cost plans, fiscal calendar, expense lines...) in project or demand objects.

Following is OOB flow

Idea --> Demand --> Project --> Story --> Change --> Release

Hi Sachin,

Do you know of any documentation available that describes best practices/processes for this?  I've searched Community and Docs but can't find it.  We're mainly interested in how to transition from ITBM (idea, demand, project, story) to ITSM (change, release) -- from process, roles, and data perspectives.
