Teamspace issue: costs not rolling up when cost plans get generated from Resource Assignments

Hi,

 

We are configuring one of the Teamspaces to manage our demands and projects and I noticed the following behaviour when Cost Plans got generated from Resource Assignments:

- Unit Cost had a value (as per rate model)

- Total Planned Cost = 0 which in turn means that:

a. no rolling up to demand/project

b. cost plan breakdowns also reflect 0

 

I've created Cost Plan records separately and they roll up as expected, it's just those that get generated from RAs. Having a rate model or not attached to the parent doesn't make any difference either.

 

Is there any specific configuration that needs to be made to ensure cost plans get generated correctly with the expected values? I know they're not supported in Teamspaces.

 

Any advice would be appreciated.
