Upgraded our production instance to Helsinki and then received this message in my inbox.
Wanted to now if anyone could help. Is this something out of box from service now with the Helsinki upgrade?
I know I havent purchased any additinal fulfiller licenses so is this something that comes as a message with the new Subscriptions module?
The "ITSA Unlimited - Fulfiller User" subscription that you purchased, is now available for your ServiceNow instance.

My apologies for the late response but Chuck is correct. This notification was from the Subscription Management application within your instance and it's intent was to let you know that your existing ServiceNow subscriptions were downloaded to your instance. Once you have your subscriptions you can view them and allocate your users. See the product documentation for full instructions on the allocation of users based on User Sets. Obviously, this notification was intended to be helpful and informational, but the wording was admittedly very poor and as a result only served to confuse. The team has since worked to disable the notification for most customers. We apologize for the original notification, but I hope that you are finding value in the Subscription Management application itself!

Hi, Thank guys for your reply. I know what the subscription module is. Its just that the figure that is being calculated does not match up with anything and I dont understand how this is being calculated and from where. I want to resolve the situation by reducing the number of license rather than purchase new ones. But if I dont know what I am reducing how can I progress?
Clearly this only applies to licensed roles. And I can see from my records that licensed roles are a lot lot lot less than what the system is saying we puchcased. I have reached out to my account manager and also to HI, and still no clear answer, everything they point me towards, I have checked and actioned already. But stil does not resolve the issue.
