Resolved! Different phases in Project(pm_project) table

I want to have a detailed understanding on how the project phases work.How the phases move from one to other?Can we have approvals when one phase is moved to other?

Demand Record

Is it possible to 'copy' a demand record to create a new one? I see I can do it for CHG Req, but not demand - using personal instance as admin to try this -
