I want to trigger two different categories at two different stage of demand

Assessment Type  - Risk

Assessment Categories - 1. Compliance 2. Governance

1. Compliance should trigger at submitted stage.

2. Governance should trigger at Screening stage.

If possible, want to trigger categories for different stakeholders.

I guess you want to trigger two assessments at two different stages of your demand process? Just set the triggers for the assessment on the correct conditions and you'll be fine.
