Vancouver; I can't change from Alignment workspace to Strategic Planning Workspace

I was looking into Alignment workspace in our development space and now I can't switch to SPW, it will allow me to switch to other workspaces, but not SPW.

Yes, SPW it was working great, it was once I switched to the alignment workspace.  Now any time I select SPW it goes directly to AW
