Hi,
Does ServiceNow has any out of the box module to manage work in take process?
As an IT org, we receive several minor development / enhancement requests through email. I'm checking if ServiceNow already has any solution to enable users to enter requests, and we track and manage them from backend.
Right now, I take requests through email, create stories through Agile Management and manage it from there.

For minor development or enhancement requests we use the enhancement object and have added a project type of "minor enhancement"
We are also using Idea and Demand and you can create an enhancement from the demand record. The other option we use is we have created multiple catalog items for repeatable requests such as changing a report or spinning up a server or data base.

I created a Catalog item that uses Idea/Demand Enhancement and then I tie it to a Project and run Agile sprints to deliver Groups of enhancement & Bug Fixes is 3 sprints of 2 week duration's. So ever 6 weeks we have a release. Works great .
