My customer needs to link project in Workday to projects in ServiceNow. They have these scenarios:
- 1 Workday project to 1 ServiceNow project
- 1 Workday project to Many ServiceNow projects
We need to ensure the project costs are the same in total in both systems. So, my thought was can we add a custom field in ServiceNow program. There is push back from our vendor, but they cannot verbalize, why. The other possibility would be projects with NOT a unique Workday project number and in the transform map to script in the costs into a single number to give Workday.
