Add attachment to HR Case

How can I automatically add a attachment to HR Case once the case is created.

Do you want to add an attachment which is stored somewhere in ServiceNow?

I found this solution, which should work for you. Basically you create a template and attach the attachment to it. And during the Case creation, use an after business rule to copy the attachment to the HR case

Are you trying to create a case from the Catalog item (or) template?
