In the Capstone portion of SN Administrator Fundamentals, I cannot figure out how to add a role to a child group. The requirement is to make the role for this group itil. The role shown nows appeared when I created the group
Can you tell me how to control the roles held by this group?

Hi @DanAHtown
In the Roles related list, click Edit, move the itil role from the available roles list to the Selected column, and click Save to assign the role to the group, automatically granting it to all group members.

Hi @DanAHtown
I'm learning as we go here. Just tried to delete one of my own posts and discovered I couldn't. As a work-around, you could try using the 'Edit Message' function to delete each part of the post seperately, but I'm not sure if that would work. As, admin, @Dan Bruhn should be able to help.
