Additional Comments Sent to Customer field is still not sending the comments to the customer.

Hi Everyone,

 

I posted this problem in Nov of last year.  When adding information in this field, it is still not emailing the customer with the updated additional comment information for the customer.

 

I've looked at the email logs, no errors.

 

Not sure what other steps I can take.

 

Does anyone have suggestions?

Can you provide some more information so we can help troubleshoot for you? For example, is an email being sent at all? If so, is it a custom notification or an OOTB one? Are any other fields missing from the notification record? If you are using a custom notification, please share the message contents.

Is this an OOB one?

What debugging have you done so far and what's your findings?
