Adjusting list information on my task screen

I want to display the field values ​​of requested items in the list on my task screen.

I'd like to implement this without customizing the widget; is this possible?

I'd like to know where to make the adjustments.

Hi @bonsai ,
1. Open All >>> To-dos Configuration
2.Select and open Approval record.
3.Under Detail Row section you have Detail fields .
4.Add the required fields here .
