•Click on your name in the top-right corner
•Select Change User Role
•Choose Admin
•Click Confirm in the bottom-right corner
•Retry your action

Hi!
It's happening for me too. There are other users complaining the same in other posts:

I didn't find any plausible answer in the other posts. I've tried everything suggested and didn't work.
I suspect that it's happening in PDI runnnig Yokohama patch 5 or 6 or even Zurich. I have a PDI running Yokohama patch 3 and it's working. It's also working in Xanadu and Washington.
Hope anyone help us to find the solution or even ServiceNow recognize this issue and apply a solution to all impacted PDIs.
