Assessment Simulator Task 3 - Create and Comment on a Record

Hello, I am trying to complete this task and am receiving an error. I have watched several videos and tried different things but the error persists. Can you please help me to validate this task? I have attached screenshots to show my settings.

I suggest you raise a case for this because sometimes the simulator gets stuck and i have had such experiences in the past.

The team will help you in marking it closed.

Is there any specification that you should be adding the comment as a assignee from the assignment group Software? If not everything you have done looks good.

I just faced the same issue with the simulator. Using one suggestion from another post, I tried to recreate the incident. Doing so, I noticed that there are leading spaces for the values of Description and Short Description that I copied from the instructions. I removed them, submitted the incident, then added the customer-visible comment and the task was validated successfully.

Very Helpful, kindly make sure there are no spaces or white spaces.... it will work.
