Assessment Simulator Task 3 - Create and Comment on a Record

not  sure how to move on from this task.

I first created a task and added a comment and a work note. 

I then resolved this incident so I could start again.

In my second attempt, I populated the fields and added a comment. I still can't validate the task.

I just accessed the incident again, typed in the comment, and saved. As an admin and as 'platform user'. I still cannot validate the task. Please let me know how I can move forward with this course without starting the whole thing from the beginning. Thanks

Hi @SandraC39359048, if you haven't already, it might be worth creating a new INC.

There are a couple of validation errors that can occur during this task so the fact that you're only receiving the "Did you add and post a comment?" error suggests that you raised the INC correctly, so I don't know if it being resolved and then reopened might be causing an issue or not.

If you're still experiencing issues then you may need to raise a support case with ServiceNow University via the Help Center

Im experiencing the same issue and already tried everything written in this and similar threads. Still the "Did you add and post a comment?" issue persist.
I think there is a bug here, any chance someone from ServiceNow can have a look at this? I cannot continue the training without this lab completed.
