I just took the Business Process Consultant (BPC) Best Practices for Implementation course. The last lesson is all about testing and offers much information. The rest of the course gives good insight on development and implementation, including gathering information from stakeholders, Agile story writing, and data migration. This is a great class for someone interested in learning about ServiceNow testing.
