Hi @TSAVI ,
You don't need to worry much. I am also a ServiceNow QA for past 5 year and its awesome.
Being a QA you should learn about ServiceNow ATF(Automated Test framework).
Explore developer.servicenow. We have a certifications also for ATF you can do that.
You can go for CSA certifications.
Agile & test management certifications
ISTQB
ITIL.

Hi @TSAVI ,
1. Clear all the concepts and practice it in your PDI.
2. Try to complete some micro certification from Now learning platform.
3. complete CSA certification.
Mark my answer correct and helpful if helps you.
Thanks,
Nivedita Patil

I have been completing all of the Xanadu upgrade testing for our contract and am transitioning to a QA role. (I also manage dashboards/reports for multiple teams.) I appreciate all of the input and have a few questions. One - what is the difference between the UAT role and QA role? Two - what is an entry level salary for a QA tester? Many thanks!

I am currently testing core instance functionality and integrations for the Xanadu release and have been performing testing in multiple environments for several months now, including during the evening (production testing) bridge calls. I really enjoy this line of work and want to learn as much as I can in this area. I have completed the CSA course, ATF micro certification and the ITSM course but am requesting some direction as to what other courses I should have under my belt. Any help is greatly appreciated.
