Hi all,

Note: I have admin role,

A user is unable to create a report on Incident metric table. The error it is showing up is

Access to this content denied based on report_view ACLs

When I tried to check, I cannot find the table in ACLs and I cannot find the Incident metric table in the Dictionary.

Can Someone tell me how to fix this?

Regards,

Lucky

Hi Anders,

I have provided metric_admin role and now the user is able to see the records in the report.

So, here two points:

1. Firstly, can we give metric_admin role to the user directly without enquiring about that role if it is payable or not

2. Secondly where can I find the report_view operation?

Regards,

Lucky

Hi @Pallavi65 ,

for Question 1 - not fully understand what you're asking.

For question 2 - this is in the ACL configuration:

Hi @Pallavi65

1. Firstly, can we give metric_admin role to the user directly without enquiring about that role if it is payable or not

Atul: This role is chargeable or not depends on the subscription model , for this please check with your account manager ( This is as per my experience)

2. Secondly where can I find the report_view operation?

Atul: For this , you need to get the elevated role , and then in ACL you can see this option under Type field.
