Change Request default list view changed for only some users.

Some time in the past few days the default view in the list layout for the CHG table was changed and some users were only able to see a few columns(if they were using the default view) without reconfiguring the list for the default view. Is there an audit or history for this that im missing?? I went through all the default views in the lists table but i dont see any recent changes that would explain the issue.

Audit for the list view is often in sys_ui_view, sys_ui_section, and sys_ui_element tables.

If it's only for "some" users, can the cause be with the ACL? Check the sys_security_acl table to see if there's any change there.

So it was only a few users. I ended up just re configuring the default view for their lists. However HIWAVE support responded and said the only change they found to the default was mine. So then the question becomes, what happened and how to prove that multiple peoples layout on the CHANGE table just changed one day all to the same wrong  layout? Any ideas?

Unfortunately, I have no idea. If the support who has access to your instance said that the only change they detected was to yours, I can't say anything further because if somebody else made the change, they probably cleaned the audit trail so they won't be detected.
