I have a requirement to create a provider notification when knowledge is approved. I created a provider notification but did not get a notification. I see the approved knowledge via log.
I attached the content, log, and notification and want to know why I am not getting a notification when KB is approved.

I figured out that the table was wrong. I updated the table to knowledge and works.
