CSA Capstone project how to login to PDI

I have just completed CSA learning path and want to do the capstone project. I have requested PDI but how to login and see the incidents and all

Hi @ashishgoyal 

 

First of all, you can't do the entire project in your PDI if I’m not mistaken. Usually, this project is done on a lab instance, but if you want to practice hands-on, you can definitely do it in your PDI.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your PDI — you can get your username and password from developer.servicenow.com.

  2. Go to Manage Instance to find your credentials.

  3. Then, log in to your PDI.

  4. Once logged in, navigate to the Incident module to begin your work.
